Paul passed away peacefully on January 9th, 2025 at Caulfield Hospital.

Son of Desmond (Dec) and Jacqueline Carracher (Dec) and Mark Carracher

Beloved Father of Benjamin and Madi, Timothy and Caitlin, Lachlan and Hollie, and Mitchell

Grandfather of Aurora, Summer, Ryder, and Beau

Brother of Rowan (Dec), Leanne and Trevor, Andrew and Annette, Louise and Michael

Uncle of Zac, Maddy, Julia, Jonathan, Stephanie, Noah, Jye, and Kira

Nephew of Margartann, Fred (Dec), Carolyn, Michael (Dec), Patrick, Suzanne, Kieran, Jan, Allan (Dec), Dot (Dec), Frank (Dec), and Mary.

Much loved cousin and friend to many.

Thank you to all the carers over the past few years and all the nursing staff that have taken good care of Paul over the last 5 months.
