Fran passed away peacefully on 25 November 2021. She was the loved wife of Don (Dec), wonderful mother to Pat and Lorna and mother in law to Ian. She was a much loved Grandma to Kirsten, Ethan and foster Grandma to Kaitl'n. Sister to Janet, Shirley, Dave and Steve. Forever in our hearts.
