Treasured Dad and Poppy "Chocolate frog" of Matthew, Rachael, Camryn, Samara, and Sophie, and friend of Serena. Treasured Dad and Poppy (Good Job Mate) of Tarrene, Terry, and Jordan.
Dearly loved by furbabies Ritchie, Willow, and Meg.
Treasured son-in-law of Dot (nee Brewer) and Mick Conneely.

Trevor’s family would like to send their heartfelt appreciation to Queensland Health’s Metro South Palliative Care Team, Princess Alexandra Hospital’s Repiratory Care Team and QEII Jubilee Hospital’s Palliative Care Team - all known as "Team Trev".
Trevor’s final journey has come to an end and he is now resting peacefully with the Angels.
