Noel died peacefully on the 18th of September surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Helen (dec) and father of Jane, Hugh, Mary, Ruth, Clare, Abigail, Lucy and Joe. Grandfather, father-in-law, brother, uncle, friend, colleague, teacher.
