One year ago today since you left us. I understand your pain was too great to bear you tried hard to find the light we felt powerless to help.
You left behind many friends who cared deeply for you. Many tears shed, many hearts broken. A void never to be filled. In your passing you brought about change. Change in attitude and tolerance. Change in acceptance, compassion and empathy. That my lovely, is your legacy.
The sun does not shine as bright anymore, the stars seemed to have lost some of their sparkle. I think about you as the sun comes up every morning, as I hear the early train depart for Brisbane that you would catch.
