DR PETER DAVID YORKE

will be held at Albert Hall, 100 Commonwealth Avenue, Yarralumla, ACT at 5pm on Thursday, April 23, 2015.
Following a long and distinguished medical career Peter courageously battled cancer for the past two and a half years.
Family and friends are most warmly invited to attend this celebration of his life.
Following the service, we will share memories of Peter over refreshments at a nearby venue to be advised.
Donations to the John James Memorial Foundation in lieu of floral tributes would be appreciated.
