As the online destination for the precious memories of generations of Australians, it's important to us to create a safe, moderated and credible environment for our community to place and search for notices. We pride ourselves in supporting our visitors through their journey, with an experienced team constantly listening to feedback, and improving the website.
Since our last update, we've listened to your feedback, and as a result, we've made the following changes.
Default Sort Order
All notices in the search results are now automatically listed in order of date, from newest to oldest. We have also made the sort order options more prominent, so you can sort through notices in a way that works for you. This was done to make it easier for you to find the notices that you are looking for.
Recent Notices on the Homepage
On the homepage, the newly developed Recent Notices section will be sorted alphabetically, to make it even easier to identify the notice you're looking for. Importantly, they will be filtered by state if you visit My Tributes through your local newspaper's Tributes tab, ensuring you can keep up to date on the recent notices in your area.
We have over half a million visitors to My Tributes every month, and we take all feedback given to us into account when looking at making improvements. We're committed to continuous improvement, and we welcome more constructive feedback on the website to make it the best it can be for you.
